Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy applies to websites, applications and services operated by CrovnCRM ("we", "us"), registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, under the direction of Arsalan Sunehri (Founder & Lead AI/Full-Stack Engineer). Questions can be sent to anonymouscoder047@gmail.com or +971 505658506.

2. What we collect

Our applications authenticate exclusively through Google or Microsoft OAuth. When you sign in we receive and store only:

• Your name (as provided by the provider)
• Your email address
• Your profile picture URL (where the provider supplies one)
• A provider-scoped subject identifier (OAuth sub claim)

We never see or store your Google/Microsoft password. Authentication is delegated entirely to the provider; we receive only the profile fields listed above, used solely for workspace identification and membership.

3. Workspace data you create

Financial records, balances, uploaded proof documents (images/PDFs) and workspace settings are stored to operate the service. All records are scoped to your workspace and are not accessible to other workspaces or their members.

4. What we never do

• Sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing
• Use your data to train models or build advertising profiles
• Access uploaded documents except to operate or support the service
• Retain deleted workspaces — deletion removes records, audit entries and files

5. Service providers

The service runs on infrastructure we operate (Oracle Cloud VPS). Data leaves the platform only to the OAuth providers you choose to sign in with, and — if your workspace admin configures it — SMTP email delivery of reports.

6. Retention & deletion

Account data persists while your account exists. Deleted records move to a 30-day trash window before permanent removal. Deleting a workspace permanently removes all associated data including member records, audit log entries and uploaded files.

7. Your rights

Under UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or a copy of the data we hold, by contacting us at anonymouscoder047@gmail.com.

8. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
